The retractable needle features a "needle" that retracts into a spring-loaded cavity hidden inside the barrel of the syringe unit to create a syringe needle injection effect. 23 gauge needle
This prop can be used with liquid. If you wish to use blood we would recommend Dark Arts Fluid Blood however please note use with fake blood is at hirers risk as it may stain & replacement would be at the hirers expense.

Instructions for use:
1. Fill spare syringe with liquid
2. With the plunger pushed in on the retractable, fill the plunger via the small hole at the end with the liquid from the spare syringe.
3. Pull out the plunger slowly, careful to not cover the hole, the plunger will fill with liquid.
4. Gentle pressure on the needle will retract it & push in the plunger & liquid will be vacuumed back into the plunger.
5. Before returning syringe liquid out using the same process at step 1.

**Please ensure all liquids are completely emptied and the item is thoroughly dried after each use. Prolonged exposure to moisture can cause the resin to weaken or break down. This prop is fragile and should be transported with care. It is not designed for extended long-term use and may naturally show signs of wear over time. To prolong its lifespan, keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid excessive heat. The Prop Collective is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or exposure to the elements.

Order Notice & Availability
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all orders (hire and purchase), unless otherwise arranged. If you’re booking within that window or an item shows as unavailable for your dates, it may simply be due to our processing time. So get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Noting that rush orders (less than 48 hours’ notice) may incur a fee: $30 + GST or 10% of the hire total (whichever is greater).
Pickup & Delivery
You can collect in person from Footscray, Monday to Friday between 9am–4pm. We don’t offer weekend collection & you’ll note you cannot select weekends for the start of your hire.
We also offer delivery via post or courier.
- Some shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Due to varying item sizes and weights, some orders require a custom quote.
- If prompted, select ‘Quote for Shipping’ at checkout and we’ll email you with pricing.
- Shipping time must be included in your hire period.
- Orders are dispatched on the start date of your hire & items must be returned by the end date of your hire.
- The standard 48-hour processing window also applies to shipped items.
