Pick Up / Return Instructions

HOW TO FIND US! 

Please review these instructions carefully and share them with the relevant person if you're not the one collecting or returning.

Address: Melbourne Screen Hub (MSH),99 Moreland St, Footscray, Vic, 3011

Return Time: Between 9 AM - 4 PM on your hire start or end date, unless advised otherwise.

Entry: Is via the black electric security gate. For site access, please press the silver and black video doorbell mounted on the black metal gate post, a representative from MSH will give you access to the site. When exiting, drive up close to the gate to trigger it to open automatically.

Collection / Return Point: Our self-collection container is on the right-hand side of the lot, near to the Warehouse 2A sign. Look for the white container with The Prop Collective logo. (See photo & map below).

Your Unique Lock Code: Will be provided in your Booking Reminder email or Your Item is Ready for Pick Up notification. 

Collect/ Return - Carefully collect all items with your name highlighted. Please lock the container after collecting your order. For return place items inside the container on the let hand side & re-lock.
