Hire Orders

Refunds are not available once your order is completed or the hire has left our premises.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before pick-up/ postage incur a 20% fee.

Cancellations less than 12 hours before pick-up/postage incur a 50% fee.

Purchases

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily organise a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For shipped returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
