How it Works

Our website has been created with convenience in mind. You can view, select, book and pay - all online. No need to email or call for a quote – but please feel free to reach out if you have specific questions.

 

THE ORDER PROCESS

  • Enjoy browsing our collection, you can search keywords in the search bar
  • To add items to your cart, specify the duration (1 Week, 2 Week, 3 Week or 1 Month), select the quantity if more than 1 (the website will only let you add the quantity available) and use the calendar to pick your required pick up date, the return date will pre-populate. *Please note, you cannot book for same day pick up, we need 48 hours notice to prepare your hire (some rush orders can be considered, please phone to discuss & note a rush fee may need to be charged)
  • Click 'Add To Cart’
  • Once you've selected all your items, you can then view your Cart, you'll notice your selected items, pick up dates and hire duration.
  • After you agree to our Terms & Conditions (make sure you have a read!) you’re ready to Checkout!
  • At this point you can choose to Pick Up or Quote for Shipping. If you select Quote for Shipping it will notify us to provide you with a shipping quote and we will be in touch via email within 48 hours with the quote - just let us know if you need express post. To accept the quote you can follow the payment prompts in the email, your order will be updated with tracking details when sent **Please note - items will not be sent until postage has been paid for & postage is included in the rental period. 
  • Enter Customer/Company Information including your Email Address, Name, Company Name & Billing Address. To save time next time, and view your previous orders, you can also Create an Account.
  • Click Continue to Payment Method
  • Login to your PayPal account or enter your Credit Card information (For security purposes, we are unable to save your credit card information in our system). If your job requires rentals to not be paid via Petty Cash, you can select Bank Deposit & we will issue you a PDF invoice for accounts. 
  • Click 'Complete Order’
  • A confirmation notice/invoice will be sent to the email address you provided
  • **Please note – for larger items we will contact you with a time for collection, smaller items can be collected after 9am and before 3pm on the day of hire from the Melbourne Screen Hub: 99 Moreland St, Footscray, Vic, 3011.
