Delivery & Shipping Information

We offer standard & express delivery for both purchases and hires via post or courier, or you can collect directly from our Footscray warehouse.

  • Some shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. However, due to the wide range of item sizes and weights, certain items will require a custom shipping quote.
  • If prompted, please select “Quote for Shipping” at checkout. We’ll then email you with pricing details.
  • Purchases are dispatched within 48 business hours  (unless otherwise arranged — see our FAQs for rush orders). If your order includes both a hire and a purchase, everything will be sent together on the start date of your hire.
  • Shipping time must be included in your hire period.
  • All hired items must be returned by the end of your hire period. Return shipping is the responsibility of the hirer.

With over 30 years' combined experience working in film & television as Prop Masters and Set Dressers, we've built an extensive network of suppliers, collectors, hire companies and specialist makers throughout Melbourne and beyond. Whether you're based locally or managing a production from interstate or overseas, we can help source the right items for your project.

And if it can't be sourced

Sometimes the right item simply isn't available. In those cases, we work with a trusted network of Melbourne prop makers, graphic & scenic artists and specialist fabricators who may be able to create a custom solution.

SIMPLE PRICING

Our FIND service is charged at an hourly rate, with a one-hour deposit to get started.

If we're unable to source a suitable option, you'll only be charged for the time spent on your brief.
