Order Notice & Availability
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for all orders (hire and purchase), unless otherwise arranged. If you’re booking within that window or an item shows as unavailable for your dates, it may simply be due to our processing time. So get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Noting that rush orders (less than 48 hours’ notice) may incur a fee: $30 + GST or 10% of the hire total (whichever is greater).
Pickup & Delivery
You can collect in person from Footscray, Monday to Friday between 9am–4pm. We don’t offer weekend collection & you’ll note you cannot select weekends for the start of your hire.
We also offer delivery via post or courier.
- Some shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Due to varying item sizes and weights, some orders require a custom quote.
- If prompted, select ‘Quote for Shipping’ at checkout and we’ll email you with pricing.
- Shipping time must be included in your hire period.
- Orders are dispatched on the start date of your hire & items must be returned by the end date of your hire.
- The standard 48-hour processing window also applies to shipped items.
