We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all orders, unless otherwise arranged.

• Orders requested within the 48-hour window may incur a Rush Fee: a minimum of
$30 + GST or 10% of the total hire cost (whichever is greater).

• If the items you're after are unavailable for your chosen date, it may be due to the 48-
hour notice period. Call or email us — we may be able to process your order
manually and arrange an earlier pickup or delivery.

We offer delivery via post or courier.
Some shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. However, due to the range of
item sizes and weights, certain items require a custom quote.

• Select ‘Quote for Shipping’ if prompted at checkout, and we’ll email you with
pricing.
• Shipping time must be included in your hire period.
• Orders are dispatched on the start date of your hire.
• All items must be returned by the end date of your hire.
• The standard 48-hour processing window also applies to shipped items — your
order will be dispatched within 48 business hours of confirmation unless otherwise
arranged.

Our standard hire period is a minimum of 7 days. After the first week, you’ll automatically receive a 5% discount for each additional week.

• You can book hire periods of up to 1 month directly on our website.
• Need it longer? No problem — just contact us for a custom quote on extended hire
periods.

While we don’t charge a loss and damage waiver up front, you are fully responsible for
any loss or damage that occurs during the hire period — from the time items are collected
or delivered until they are returned.

• Damaged items will be charged at the cost of repair, plus any time the item is out
of circulation.
• Lost items or those damaged beyond repair will be charged at current retail
replacement value.
• All items are carefully packaged for delivery or pickup — please ensure they
are returned in the same condition and packaging.

We are based in Footscray, Victoria, but operate as an online-only store — we’re not
open to the public

Items can be collected and returned between 9am - 4pm from Melbourne Screen Hub, 99 Moreland St, Footscray, Vic 3011, at our self-collection container.

• Outside of these hours: Collection must be pre-arranged and approved in
advance.
